At Randolph OB/GYN, we value our patients and their opinions and
questions. Communication builds a stronger, better physician/patient

Office Hours:
Our office is open Monday through Thursday, 8:00 to
5:00, and Friday 8:00 to 1:00. Appointments can be scheduled anytime
during these hours by calling 704-333-4104. Please specify at which
location - Charlotte or Cornelius - you would like to be seen.
We
are closed on weekends and on the following major holidays: New Year's
Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas
Day.
Confirmation and Cancellation:
If you will not be able to come for
your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible, and at
least 24 hours prior to your scheduled visit. If you receive a confirmation
phone call before your appointment, please write down the information
carefully.
After Hours Support:
After our office closes, we provide an after-hours
answering service for your urgent medical problems. Routine questions
and prescription refills should be made during regular business hours.
Co-Pay:
Our patients are responsible for their co-pay at the time
of check in. The amount of your co-pay is determined by your insurance
company and is usually printed on your insurance card. We accept
checks, cash, Visa or Mastercard.
