"We have a wonderfully diverse and congenial group of physicians,” said Dr. Phillip Harston, a senior physician at Randolph OB/GYN. "So we worked hard to find someone who has not only outstanding professional credentials but also exceptional personal qualities that will be an ideal complement to our team. We are very pleased Dr. Horne is joining us and working as our partner for years to come.”
