Tracy
Mann Larson, M.D.
While a high school student at Charlotte Country
Day School, Dr. Larson first took an interest in pursuing medicine
as a career choice. Instead of following a traditional course to
becoming a physician, Dr. Larson received her degree in nursing from
UNC-Chapel Hill and studied nurse anesthesia before entering medical
school at The Medical College of Virginia in Richmond. During her
time there she excelled academically and received numerous awards
and scholarships. She went on to complete her internship and residency
program at MCV and began practicing in 1999.
Dr. Larson's medical focus is on general/high risk obstetrics, and
general gynecology including infertility, menopause and incontinence.
As a practitioner, Dr. Larson's primary focus and enjoyment is in
developing long-term relationships with her patients.
Dr. Larson is a lifelong resident of Charlotte and is married with
a young son and a newly adopted daughter from Russia. She enjoys
running, gardening, and cooking. |
